Our Good Good Candle & Bath Co. Reed Diffuser Kits are designed to last 6-9 weeks. To give our reed diffusers a boost, we recommend flipping the reeds every two to three weeks to keep a fresh scent. We highly recommended to do so over a sink or paper towel, especially for wooden or concrete surfaces, keeping in mind that fragrance oil can flick off the reeds.

Expect a light fragrance to start perfuming your room within 24 hours.

Fragrance will continue to be diffused for as long as product remains in your diffuser bottle.

You could also give the bottle a very gentle “swirl” or two, this can also help to blend the ingredients of the oil and strengthen the scent.

With proper care, your quality reed diffuser kit can last up to 2-3 months at a time. Please read about factors which may affect this, below.

Reed Diffuser Tips:

Use fewer reeds for slower absorption & diffusion. Use more reeds for faster absorption & diffusion. Also consider the size of the room your diffuser is being placed in. The airflow around your diffuser can affect the diffusion rate of your fragrance oil. Please consider factors like; Proximity to a fan, an air conditioning or an open window, all of which may may cause the reeds to soak up the oil faster.

Sitting your reed diffuser in the high heat of direct sunlight in the hotter months, or next to a heater, will result in an increased absorption and diffusion rate due to faster evaporation.
